Client [Stealth] Entertainment has a goal to create a connected community passionate about live music. The product’s focus is on accessibility, inclusion, and innovation.

My prototype brought synergy into the user journeys for three unique audiences. It created a seamless narrative to pitch and secure influential Grammy-winning investors.

Sarah Vieweg, Stakeholder

“Jen is an astute, highly perceptive collaborator who cares deeply about users, how they interact with a product, and in ensuring that tasks or goals are accomplished in a seamless and straightforward manner. In addition, she pays close attention to various factors that impact design; from accessibility to ally-ship, Jen is a thoughtful and insightful partner. I have greatly enjoyed working with her, I have learned so much throughout our collaboration, and would welcome a chance to work with her in the future.”

Ryan Nikolich, Stakeholder

“Jen is a thoughtful, considerate product owner with amazing design chops. She took a rudimentary wireframe app idea and brought it to life. This complex mobile and web application that she worked on was in partnership with some of today’s “A-List” country music stars who loved her work. Jen is a business thinker who took our primary design considerations to a whole new level. She is a compassionate logical thinker, leader, and team player. Jen is a MUST have asset on every project team.”

By closely working with a Senior UX Researcher, we used design thinking to solve our problems.

I elevated my experience as a musician to inspire three unique demo experiences, tested with real people who experience the problems the app will solve for.

  • Interviewed Stakeholders to understand the goals of the app, asking driving questions that revealed unknown opportunities.

  • Delivered a brand and product competitive analysis to understand, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats.

PROCESS

  • Empathized with research to understand our users’ needs, then further defined their needs and problems.

  • Ideated and challenged assumptions to engage the different audiences and create a more inclusive product.

  • Defined, designed, and prototyped three demo solutions informed by complex, variable data.

  • Tested user flows for onboarding, exploration, and conversion, with over 100 screens.

Success for the app will be to break into the market and readily communicate how to fill a gap in an innovative and unique way.

The result of this phase was a prototype that showcases the power of the data behind the app. This allowed the greater team to move into the current stage of developing their MVP product to launch.
